How to Block Access From A Country Using mod_geoip

Sometime we need to restrict the access to the website for a set of countries only. Here we can use geoip module for this configuration.

This article explains the details of restricting the access using geoip module.

You can enable the mod_geoip module in cpanel server using the steps describe in link below.

Once the geoip module enables, open the .htaccess file of that site and save the below contents.

Deny from env=BlockThese

Noe that here you need to replace 'COUNTRYCODE' with the code of the country for which we need to block the access.
